Youth Sports Performance Training

Location: Rudder High School Football Field 
Sundays at 3:00pm - 5:35pm and Fridays at 5:30pm - 8:00pm
*Summer Session options: 10 Week session package or 5 week session bundle *$2 more per session (Pick any dates for the summer)
Beginner Sessions: Sundays at 3:00pm - 3:35pm Ages 4-7
Program Details: 
Beginner Movements, change of direction movements, speed training, age appropriate movement games 
Price: $170 ($17 per session) - 10 week session package

Intermediate Sessions: Sundays at 3:45pm - 4:30pm Ages 8-13
Program Details: 
Advanced Movement training, speed training, footwork drills, sport specific drills 
Price: $220 ($22 per session) - 10 week session package

NEW! Advanced Sessions: Sundays at 4:45pm - 5:35pm or Fridays at 7:00pm Ages - Based on evaluated skill level from Jireh Fitness
Program Details:
Elite movement training, speed training including resistance, footwork and change of direction drills catered for explosiveness, great way to take your game to the next level
Price: $270 ($27 per session) - 10 week session package

NEW! Intro to Resistance Training: Fridays at 6pm - 6:50pm Ages - 10+
Program Details:
Learn basic resistance training movements, hip flexibility, plyometric work, hurdle drills, basic olympic weight lifting, great way to learn how to properly gain muscle
Price: $250 ($25 per session) - 10 week session package

NEW! Mommy and me: Fridays at 5:30pm - 5:55pm Age 2 & 3 year olds
Program Details:
Introduce functional body movements, coordination and balance drills for toddlers, running drills, age appropriate games in a fun, safe environment  
Price: $120 ($12 per session) - 10 week session package
